How to Beat Stress and Boost Happiness

How often are you stressed? Odds are, you are at least occasionally. Stress gets the best of all of us sometimes.

However, this infographic from our friends at Happify reminds us that it’s just not worth it. Stress and worrying can cause a ton of health problems by affecting your weight, heart, and more. It can also affect your relationships; almost half of people say they’ve snapped at a loved one in the past month due to stress!

And when we say it’s not worth it, we really mean it. Most of the time, your stress is not productive. In fact, according to Happify, 85% of the time, the stuff we’re worrying about doesn’t even happen – and 80% of us say that when the worst does happen, we handle it better than we thought we would.
