My SMART goal is to lose 50 pounds by June 23, 2014.

My three action steps are:

1. Replace drinking Diet Coke with drinking water.
2. Write down what I eat every day.
3. Plan and prepare my meals and snacks in advance.

Beth, that’s a great goal! And the action steps look solid as well. You can do it, we’re here with you all the way!

Hi, John here. I’m going to do 10 pullups by August 30th. My actions steps are here but please tell me if somebody can help with better ones!
-run every day for 30 minutes
-practice doing pullups every day
-eat right

John, those action steps look good to me. The only recommendation I can give is that if you’re not seeing progress quickly enough, you could get more specific with the “eat right” action step.

For example, you could say that you’re only going to only eat all-natural, unprocessed foods, with one “cheat” meal each week.

That’s one tip, but let us know how you’re doing!

My SMART Goal is to learn how Blog and to be able to broadcast these blogs into the internet and get reactions along the way.

Open the Internet and see the how tos on doing this and every single day.

Hi Reuben. Make sure those action steps are really specific. Here’s a few examples that may work for you:
-spend 60 minutes each day learning the steps needed to build a blog
-spend 30 minutes each day learning how to program/code in HTML
-email 1 blog owner every day asking them how they got started blogging
