How To Keep Healthy When The Weather Gets Chilly
1. Cook with certain herbs
It’s important to strengthen your immune system as the seasons change, especially with cold and flu season right around the corner.

Rather than buying a box of teabags, you can make a much more effective brew at home by putting together a few common ingredients.

3. Get your rest
Many people experience sleep difficulties during seasonal changes, and getting enough sleep is especially crucial at this time.
