Christy Lee-Engel, ND, LAc earned a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 1992 and an MS in Acupuncture in 1995 from Bastyr University and completed two years of general practice residency at the Natural Health Clinic of Bastyr University’s Natural Health Clinic.
She has been adjunct faculty at Bastyr University since 1994, co-teaching the introductory Naturopathic Philosophy series of courses, the Naturopathic Case Analysis courses, and the integrative medicine “CAM Camp” summer elective for conventional medical students. She served as Assistant Dean in the School of Naturopathic Medicine from 2002 to 2004, and as the “University Catalyst” in the Office of the President from 2008 to 2010. Since 2010 she has directed the university’s new Center for Spirituality, Science, and Medicine.
She was a co-founder of the Seattle-area collaborative care clinic, One Sky Wellness Associates, which brought together a community of natural medicine and conventional medicine practitioners for twelve years, and is now part of Core Chiropractic and Wellness in Lake City.
