The start of the new year is when everyone is trying to get their resolutions together. If one of your goals is to be more fit, then take the initiative and get yourself a gym membership.

If going to the gym isn’t really your thing, but you still want to make an effort to be more active, purchase a trial membership to a fitness class. You could try out a cycling class, steam room yoga, or even a dance class.
