Are you tired of the status quo? Do you know you are capable of something more? Want to live a life less ordinary?

Believe me, I can relate. I am proof that your whole life can change in an instant. After watching my father beat cancer to die of liver disease I experienced a complete and total transformation. Here are some techniques that I used which can help you make permanent and positive changes so you can get what you want in life.

But First…Believe that Anything is Possible…

There are lots of resources online that you can use to learn about the Law of Attraction. I would start by watching The Secret. In a world where everything is possible and you have the power to co-create whatever you want for yourself the sky is the limit. The universe will conspire to help you in whatever you intend to manifest in your reality. This is the core principle of the Law of Attraction.

These kinds of changes can take time and it is integral that you develop a willingness to expand your comfort zone and, in some cases, break inertia. In other words, as a species, we have a predisposition for doing what is familiar to us before we do what is best for us. We are creatures of habit.

Take Action and Play the Part

As part of this process, there will be moments when it becomes necessary for you to take a leap of faith. To jump and trust that the net will appear. And to develop the willingness to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. It will not necessarily be easy.

I can only draw from my own experience but I assure you there were plenty of times when I second-guessed myself. This is all part of the bigger picture. It is perfectly normal to have doubts from time to time.

They key is staying focused, positive, and acting AS IF. That is right. Fake it until you make it, so to speak. Imagine what it would feel like to have already accomplished what you set out to create for yourself. Feel the feelings of your dream life BEFORE it has shown up for you.

Here’s How to Get What You Want

1. Set your intention

Be clear, specific, and honest with yourself about what you want to manifest. Visualize it in your mind. Let your creativity run wild with what it might look like. Use the power of your imagination and paint a picture in your head.

2. Create a vision board

Vision boards are an invaluable tool that is very simple, accessible, affordable, and can actually be good fun. Consider throwing a vision boarding party and having like-minded friends over to be part of the process.

3. Meditate

If you haven’t already done so I would suggest starting a meditation practice and learning how to quiet the mind, integrate positive affirmations, and use visualization techniques to clear away any subconscious blockages that might keep you from reaching your goals.

These three simple steps make up the foundation for a program that will help you to make positive, lasting changes in your life. It’s a tried and true method for manifesting what you intend to create for yourself.

Whatever your goals are, these steps can help you to make the kind of changes in your life that will get you up in the morning and ready to start your day with a renewed sense of purpose.

Remember: Stay positive. Breathe. Practice Random Acts Of Kindness. Start A Gratitude Journal. Keep Perspective.

Rome was not built in a day…
